The Chef’s Kitchen:

The Chef’s Kitchen is located in the south quadrant of the Lodge, and at almost 1,000 square feet, it houses two double wide Subzero Refrigerators, a 1,250 bottle well stocked wine refrigerator, a Ten (10) Burner Gaggenau™ Stove top which is also replete with two self-contained Vegetable Steamers, two deep fry units and two electric grills. In addition there are three Wolf™ ovens and a Wolf™ microwave and if you like pizza there is a standalone kiln and Brick pizza oven. The kitchen also has two adjoining wings; a breakfast atrium room and self-service coffee and espresso bar and an adjoining Scullery and food preparation room replete with two double wide stainless steel commercial sinks, two Miele dishwashers, and an ice machine.

Adjacent to the Chef's Kitchen there is also an informal octagonal glass dining area that seats eight and boast some of the best ocean views in the entirety of the Lodge, and a formal dining room (replete with fine China and Silverware) which can seat ten and be used for board meetings or fine dining experiences.

The Downstairs Kitchen:

Right off of the doors to the pool is a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen featuring a stovetop, grill, large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and a soda & sundae bar. This is an ideal social space for smaller parties and the perfect setting for families to collect on a hot days spent by the pool.
